Service Coordination — Included With Every Membership

All MindFlex Senior Concierge members receive assistance finding appropriate local service providers, scheduling appointments, and coordinating everyday home maintenance needs, including snow removal, plumbing, electrical services, lawn care, and general maintenance.

Routine service coordination is included within reasonable membership limits. Outside contractor fees, labor, and materials are billed separately and require customer approval.

Priority assistance from the MindFlex team, enhanced communication, and on-site assistance within available membership support hours.

PREMIUM MEMBERS

Premium Exclusive — Priority Service Coordination

Premium members receive priority assistance from the MindFlex Senior Concierge team when arranging and coordinating outside service providers, subject to provider availability.

We help locate appropriate providers, schedule appointments, communicate service details, and follow up after services are completed.

On-site assistance provided by MindFlex can count toward the Premium membership's available support hours. Additional assistance beyond those hours is billed at $89 per hour with prior customer approval.

Independent contractors bill separately for their services, labor, and materials. These charges are not included in the membership.

IMPORTANT SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Membership visits are non-medical.

MindFlex Senior Concierge is a non-medical concierge and companion service. We do not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, nursing, medical treatment, medication administration, or emergency services. Medication reminders may be provided, but MindFlex does not administer medications or make medication decisions.
